Introduction
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the VRock International program ("us", "we", "our" or “Program”), and control your membership in the VRock International program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the Program shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and VRock International. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by VRock International. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in the Program after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, then you may not access the Program.
Terms of Participation
Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Member must provide the Program with accurate, complete, and current registration information, including an accurate name, country, and email address. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Program. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, VRock International at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
Members shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the Program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
You may not (i) activate or use more than one Member account; (ii) select or use an email address of another person; (iii) use a name or trademark subject to rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization from that person; (iv) use a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene; (v) use a false or misleading name, country, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Program and for any activities or actions under your password, whether that password is with our Program or a third-party Program. You further agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
Members must notify VRock International immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of their account.
You agree not to abuse your membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by the Program. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind. VRock International shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision the Program makes relating to the cancellation of earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating our offerings of the Program. The Programs available may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Program and in our advertising on other websites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and Programs. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Suspension/Cancellation
We may cancel or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Please note that each member of VRock International is allowed only one account in the program. We do not allow the use of more than one (1) IP address by individual members to create multiple accounts. Having more than one account is a violation of our Terms of Service, and any member found to have more than one account will have their accounts suspended. Upon suspension/cancellation, your right to use the Program will immediately cease. If you wish to cancel your account, you can contact support at admin@vrockinternational.com.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Program after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Program.
Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Program infringes the copyright or other intellectual property infringement ("Infringement") of any person. If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Program, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of "Copyright Infringement" of admin@vrockinternational.com and include in your notice a detailed description of the alleged Infringement. You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any content is infringing your copyright.
Data Safety
VRock International reserves the right to track Member’s activity on the site. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, the Program uses appropriate industry-standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member's personal information, such as firewalls, encryption, and token authentication to protect the website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be one hundred percent (100%) secure. As a result, while the Program strives to protect its Members’ personal information, the Program cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants, and Members do so at their own risk.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Program is at your sole risk. The Program is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. VRock International, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Program will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Program is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Program will meet your requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Program and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Program.
Intellectual Property
The Program and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VRock International and its licensors. The Program is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Belize and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade address may not be used in connection with any product or Program without the prior written consent of VRock International.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall VRock International, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Program; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Program; (iii) any content obtained from the Program; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (v) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods or services purchased through the program; (vi) or slowing of Program due to the influx of new members, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
